Reset Macard N300 WiFi Extender Easily

Your Macard WiFi extender features three main buttons: Power, WPS, and Reset. The Reset button is a small pinhole button that requires a pointed object like a pen or paperclip to press. Here's how to perform a factory reset:

1. Locate the Reset button on your extender.

2. Use a pointed object to press and hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds.

3. Release the button and wait for the extender to reboot.

4. Once restarted, the device will be restored to factory settings. 

A factory reset erases all existing data and custom settings from your Macard N300 extender.

How to Reconfigure the Macard N300 After Reset

To set up your extender again, ensure you have the following:

• A PC or laptop connected to the extender’s default SSID

• Default admin login credentials

• The device’s IP address or login URL

• A powered-on extender placed near your router

There are two setup methods available:

1. WPS Setup Method

1. Plug your extender into a working power outlet close to your router.

2. Turn it on and press the WPS button on the extender.

3. The WPS/WiFi LED will start blinking, indicating it’s ready to pair.

4. Within two minutes, press the WPS button on your router.

5. Wait for the extender’s LED to turn solid green—this means it’s successfully connected.

6. You can now connect to the extended WiFi network using your router's credentials.

1. Plug the extender into a power outlet within range of your router.

2. Connect your PC to the extender’s default SSID (you'll find it on the label on the back).

3. Open a web browser and enter go.macard.online or 192.168.10.1 in the address bar.

5. Select your preferred language and search for nearby WiFi networks.

6. Choose your router’s network and enter its password.

7. Click Next and set a new name and password for the extended network.

8. Save the settings and wait for the extender to reboot.

2. Visit go.macard.online or 192.168.10.1.

3. Log in with the password admin.

4. Select your router’s network and connect with its password.

5. Create a new WiFi name/password for the extender and save.
